Mark Vestevich
As the owner of Mark V Investments, Inc. for over 30 years, Mark is responsible for the property management and brokerage of a portfolio comprising approximately 500,000 square feet of retail and office space located in the Detroit metropolitan area.
In his capacity as a landlord, broker, and IREM Certified Property Manager, his responsibilities encompass oversight of all aspects of property management, including accounting, tenant relations, leasing negotiations, and construction management, among others.
Acting as a broker for tenants, he guides his clients to new spaces or leads them through the renegotiation of existing leases. His unique perspective as both a landlord and broker provides him with insight and a skill set to identify potential pitfalls and opportunities, allowing him to negotiate the best terms for his clients. Emphasizing the development of personal relationships and actively engaging with clients to clearly define their business and space requirements, he formulates a winning strategy for identifying the best geographic locations and available sites within those areas. Mark advocates for his clients through successful lease negotiations and, if necessary, interior space build-out.
He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Michigan and an Institute of Real Estate Management Certified Property Manager. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Michigan with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance, as well as a BA degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
